Bringing humanity to high-pressure ICT delivery.

Chris built his career inside some of the most complex and high-pressure environments in government. His early work at the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) introduced him to the intersection of regulation, technology and public impact. Leading the development of a new online capability for Health Practitioner applications, he presented the solution directly to the Federal Health Minister, an experience that cemented his passion for meaningful IT outcomes.

From there, Chris moved into large-scale ICT transformation at the Department of Health and Aged Care. He played a pivotal role in developing the Department’s data and analytical capability during COVID-19 and has since contributed to major national reforms including the Residential Aged Care Funding Reform.

Chris brings a leadership style built on empathy and realism. He understands that good work depends on people who feel respected, trusted and balanced. Not stretched thin. That perspective informs the way AVENTIOUS supports its teams and its clients, ensuring high performance happens at human pace.

Vikas brings extensive experience shaping complex ICT solutions across Australia, India, the United States and Canada. A significant portion of his career has been spent within the Australian Federal Government, designing and implementing large scale systems for agencies including DFAT, AFP and the Department of Health and Aged Care. This depth gives him a clear understanding of how federal programs operate and what reliable delivery requires in high-scrutiny environments.

He is known for translating complicated technical challenges into solutions that are practical, efficient and backed by evidence. Vikas evaluates technology based on outcomes rather than preference, and his thoughtful, objective approach is supported by a strong network of trusted technical experts across government.

Vikas brings steady leadership to demanding programs, ensuring alignment around purpose, risks and delivery. The qualities that define his efforts as a Solution Architect underpin his contribution to AVENTIOUS as a whole: disciplined thinking, pragmatic communication and a commitment to supporting the people behind specialist ICT.
